Company History
Lexitor Sp. z o.o. was established in 2017 by a group of specialists from the financial, compensation, and legal sectors. The extensive experience of the managing individuals and careful observation of the financial market laid the foundation for the creation of an entity offering comprehensive management of consumer receivables. Over the years, we have served thousands of clients who, through our efforts, have recovered their rightful monetary entitlements from their debtors, including banks and lending companies.
As the only law firm in Poland, we can boast of successes before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (e.g., case C-383/18). Due to our unique activities, we have facilitated a situation whereby millions of borrowers have recovered their dues from banks related to the early repayment of consumer loans. However, we do not rest on our laurels; we effectively point out further irregularities in the practices used in the credit market by banks and lending companies. Thanks to us, the institution of the free credit sanction was highlighted, which has led to another proceeding with our participation before the Court of Justice of the European Union in Luxembourg (case C-472/23).

Our team primarily consists of experienced financiers who are well-versed in the financial market and its products. This knowledge enables us to understand the practices used by financial and insurance institutions, as well as to identify the arguments that can be employed in ongoing disputes. Our team also includes lawyers with extensive procedural experience and the appropriate substantive preparation needed for effective claim recovery.
